- The gas engineer’s name and photo
- The gas engineer’s licence number

Central Heating FAQ’S
The most common cause of a modern boiler not woking is low central heating pressure, if you check in the manufacturers instructions there should be user friendly instructions. (Pressure should be around 1.0 bar cold)
All our engineers that work on boilers and central heating have had the correct training and are gas safe registered.
No, we do not charge a call out fee. We charge a 1 hour minimum and then in 15 minute units. For more info visit our charges page.
